The thief was caught on CCTV being chased out of the store by staff and security guards but managed to escape into the night on his skateboard
It may have four wheels, but a skateboard is certainly not your usual kind of getaway vehicle.
Yet that's exactly what one plucky thief decided to use to steal a TV from a Target store in Florida!
CCTV shows the hooded male browsing with a shop assistant before skating off and casually grabbing a £213 TV from the shelves before making his way to the exit.
But he is forced to come back into the shop because the door is locked and apparently threatens one worker with a knife.
Chased by members of staff and security guards he still manages to roll out of the shop and escapes across the car park.
A detective investigating the case said: "He gets an A for creativity. But he committed a serious crime and we need to find him."
The suspect was described as being 5ft 11in, weighing 150lb and wearing a hoodie.
